Series darft 1

In this assignment we were able to choose what we wanted to photograph.  I chose Microworlds because it was fun to photograph and it was in a controlled environment.  For the most part, i kept my subject in the center of the photo to make it easy to see.  I chose either color or black and white for the photos depending on what made it look more believable.

  1. Overall, these pictures are so good! I like how different each one is/how there are different themes. I don't have a favorite, I really like them all! My only suggestion is that you should have all your pictures in black and white or just in color, not both (the stair case one is in black and white and all the others are in color).

  2. This is a really cool series. The figurines rally stand out against their backgrounds in a really creative way. They're also super creative. My only advice is to pick the points where you focus carefully. You've done a good job for most of these photos, but there are a couple where I wish I could see a bit more.

  3. These are all really funny and I love the incorporation of the toys in the really world. I like the ones that have obvious scenes going on but the ones just focusing on toys are cool too.

  4. This is a very fun and playful series. I really like the humor you've put into the shots, such as the "toxic waste" picture. Also the characters running away from the foot is neat. Keep up the good work.

  6. I really like these photos, they are a nice extension of our previous project, and are quite funny. The editing is well done, but in your fifth photo, try and minimize the light in the background. It is very distracting.

  8. Amazing job! I really liked all of your shots. You really did an amazing job of taking these toys and giving them life. I really liked how the faces of the toys added to the emotion of the photos! good job!
