Rule of thirds

In this assignment, we were challenged with constricting the focus of our photo to a third of our picture.  It was difficult to do this successfully at first, but I got the hang of it a bit later after as few shots.

Depth Staging

In this assignment we had to use objects in the foreground and the background to create a sense of depth in the photo.  Focusing the camera on objects in the foreground, background, or both would help create the depth.

Repetition

For this assignment, we had to take a photos that captured recursion.  The repetition would create a sense of depth from within the photo.  It was easy to confuse repetition with leading lines and it could be hard at times to find repetitive elements outside.

Leading lines

The objective of this assignment was to take photos with leading lines, which would help create depth in the photo.  I found this assignment to be more difficult, since it was hard to distinguish between leading lines and repetition.

3*3 photo shoot

 For this assignment we were tasked with taking photos from a variety of different angles.  We chose different angles and height for each of our photos.
